3. Strictly necessary cookies

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies and similar mechanisms, especially for form protection (CSRF) and your selected language. Where required for specific interactions, technically necessary session information may also be processed. 4. Appointment booking

If you book an appointment, we process your master and contact data (first name, last name, email address, phone number), selected services, variants, add-ons, appointment window, free-text entries, structured form responses, and optionally uploaded files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where we compare your data with existing customer records using your email address, phone number or name, this is done to avoid duplicates and maintain a consistent customer history. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide, such as name, contact details, subject and message, in order to handle your request. Contact requests can be viewed and managed in the internal admin area. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Email communication and recipients

In connection with bookings or requests, we may send confirmations or follow-up questions by email. Your data is accessible only to persons and entities that need it for appointment handling, customer communication, IT operations or legal obligations. This may include technical service providers acting as processors on our behalf.

10. Right to lodge a complaint
