We currently deliver within Germany and to other countries in the European Union.
Shipping within Germany
For DBV lubricants from the lubricants category, the following rule applies within Germany: Shipping costs are charged for total quantities below 20 litres. Orders with a total quantity of 20 litres or more are shipped free of charge within Germany.
The relevant threshold is the total quantity of ordered DBV lubricants in your cart. The binding shipping costs are shown in the cart and during checkout before you submit your order.
Shipping to EU countries outside Germany
For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge the shipping costs shown in the cart and during checkout. Free shipping from 20 litres applies only to delivery addresses within Germany and only to DBV lubricants from the lubricants category.
Additional product categories and manufacturers
If further product categories or manufacturers are added to the shop in the future, different shipping rules may apply. In such cases, the information shown in the cart and during checkout is decisive.
Delivery time and shipment handling
The delivery times shown on the product pages apply to deliveries within Germany. Deliveries abroad may require different delivery times.
