0W-40 fully synthetic engine oil for high-performance gasoline and diesel engines with A3/B4, turbo suitability, and strong high-load reserve.
0W-40 DBV fully synthetic engine oil is designed for modern and performance-oriented passenger cars requiring a fully synthetic A3/B4 oil with broad OEM compatibility. It combines excellent cold-start behavior with the stronger high-temperature reserve of a 40-grade oil, making it ideal for drivers who combine sporty driving with year-round use.
Thanks to its fully synthetic PAO base, the oil remains stable even under high thermal stress and is suitable for gasoline and diesel engines with or without turbocharging. Especially in high-performance engines or at sustained high speeds, this combination of low friction and reserve capacity is a clear advantage.
For suitable BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, PSA, and VW-related applications, this product is a strong choice in the premium 0W-40 segment.
Suitable for modern gasoline and diesel engines with or without turbo where ACEA A3/B4, API SN and approvals such as MB 229.5, Porsche A40 or VW 502.00/505.00 are required.
When is 0W-40 a better choice than 5W-40?
Mainly when the vehicle approves 0W-40 and superior cold-start performance is desired.
Is this oil suitable for sporty driving profiles?
Yes. The combination of a fully synthetic base and 40-grade reserve is particularly suited for this.
Can 0W-40 be used in any A3/B4 vehicle?
Only if the manufacturer specifies this viscosity and the required approvals.
