20W-50 SHPD engine oil for mixed fleets with strong temperature reserve and broad suitability for cars, trucks and machinery.
20W-50 SHPD is a robust engine oil designed for mixed fleets where gasoline and diesel engines from different manufacturers operate side by side. It is intended for passenger cars, trucks, construction and agricultural machinery, combining classic SHPD performance with a particularly strong 20W-50 viscosity grade.
Especially at high ambient temperatures, in older engine designs or in applications with sustained high loads, this higher viscosity reserve can be more appropriate than thinner multigrade oils. At the same time, the product remains broadly applicable as long as manufacturer requirements are met.
For operations with a diverse fleet of machines and vehicles, this oil is therefore a durable alternative where modern low-SAPS specialty profiles are not required.
Suitable for mixed fleets with gasoline and diesel engines in cars, trucks, agricultural and construction machinery where ACEA E7/A3/B4, API SL/CI-4 or comparable SHPD/DHD profiles are required.
When is 20W-50 SHPD a good choice?
Mainly under high thermal load, for older engines, or fleets with a clear 20W-50 requirement.
Is this oil intended for mixed fleets?
Yes, that is one of its key strengths.
Is 20W-50 a modern low-SAPS oil?
No, the focus is on classic SHPD performance and strong high-temperature reserve.
