Ester-based bio hydraulic oil for environmentally sensitive applications with multigrade properties and biodegradability.
HLP ISO VG 32-68 BIO hydraulic oil is a biodegradable ester-based hydraulic oil for systems where environmental compatibility is essential. The product is an alternative to mineral hydraulic oils and is particularly suitable for applications with an increased risk of leakage.
The multigrade characteristics and high viscosity index ensure flexible use. At the same time, the ester base supports rapid biodegradability in sensitive areas such as forestry, municipal equipment, water environments, or natural landscapes.
For suitable mobile and stationary hydraulics, this is a clear specialty solution with an environmental focus.
Suitable for hydraulic systems in environmentally sensitive areas where biodegradable HEES/ISO 15380 hydraulic oils are required.
When is bio hydraulic oil useful?
Primarily in environmentally sensitive areas or when regulations or operational requirements mandate biodegradable fluids.
What does HEES mean?
It stands for biodegradable hydraulic oils based on synthetic esters.
Can bio hydraulic oil directly replace mineral oil?
Only if the system, seals, and manufacturer specifications allow it.
