HLP ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil for many standard hydraulic systems with good cleanliness, wear protection, and balanced viscosity.
HLP ISO VG 32 is a classic hydraulic oil for many standard hydraulic systems in industry and workshops. The product combines pressure and wear protection with good system cleanliness and a well-balanced viscosity profile for a wide range of typical applications.
It is particularly relevant where systems must operate reliably in mixed friction conditions while also requiring sludge-carrying capacity, corrosion protection, and clean performance. This is exactly where this viscosity grade excels.
For many conventional systems, HLP 32 is therefore one of the most common and practical hydraulic oil choices.
Suitable for standard hydraulic systems and related lubrication points where DIN 51524 Part 1/2, ISO 11158 HM, or an ISO VG 32 grade is required.
When is HLP 32 the right choice?
When the system requires a medium standard viscosity and no special HVI or biodegradable solution is specified.
Is HLP 32 suitable for mobile hydraulics?
Yes, provided the temperature range and OEM requirements are compatible.
Why is system cleanliness important for hydraulic oil?
Because deposits and sludge can directly impair the function of valves and pumps.

All types of containers should preferably be stored under cover. If stored outdoors without roofing, containers should be kept lying down to prevent water ingress and preserve label readability. Products should not be stored at temperatures above 60 °C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
